Fokus Nordic appointed asset manager for Partners Group portfolio in Finland
Fokus Nordic Finland has been appointed as the asset manager for a commercial and logistics portfolio owned by Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry.
Proteus was supported by Fokus Nordic as transaction advisor, originating the opportunity and providing guidance throughout the process regarding the successful transaction of the second phase of ‘Ripple Residence’ in Nordhavn, Copenhagen.
