Fokus Nordic appointed asset manager for Partners Group portfolio in Finland
Fokus Nordic Finland has been appointed as the asset manager for a commercial and logistics portfolio owned by Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry.
The portfolio comprises 20 properties in Finland with a total gross asset value of approximately EUR 200 million. The portfolio includes 13 assets in the greater Helsinki area, six in Tampere, and one in Oulu, and has a Net Leasable Area of around 140,000 sqm. Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, acquired the portfolio in 2022 through its real estate investment platform.
Fokus Nordic assumed full operational responsibility for the assets at the beginning of January 2026, covering asset management, leasing, technical property management and financial management. The mandate is strongly leasing-driven, with an immediate focus on improving occupancy, strengthening cash flow stability and executing the agreed business plan for the portfolio.
