Fokus Nordic has, on behalf of Nordea Life & Pension, completed the acquisition of Barkarby 2:31. The seller is Svenska Handelsfastigheter.
The property is located at the entrance to Barkarby retail area in Järfälla, north-west of Stockholm, one of Sweden’s largest and most established retail destinations. It comprises approximately 4,000 sq m and is fully let to Stora Coop, one of Sweden’s largest grocery retail chains.

Nordea Life & Pension was advised in the transaction by Setterwalls, KPMG and Anthesis. CBRE acted as advisor to the seller.
