Introduction to Fund Management
Our fund Management companies are part of Fokus Nordic and approved by the Financial Supervisory Authorities in Denmark and Norway as managers of alternative investment funds (AIFM). We offer professional and highly specialised teams with in-depth knowledge of real estate and credit fund management, active asset management, and a focus on value-adding initiatives. Through regular investment reports, we keep our investors informed about activities and fund performance.

Fokus Fund Management
Fokus Fund Management A/S (FFM) is approved by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority as a manager of alternative investment funds (AIFM). FFM received its authorisation in 2015 and offers fund management to institutional investors in Denmark. It currently has two funds within real estate and credit management.

The funds are managed within the framework of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR” or “Disclosure regulation”, regulation (EU) 2019/2088).

Fokus Nordic Fund Management DK A/S
Fokus Nordic Fund Management DK A/S is approved by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority as a manager of alternative investment funds (AIFM). Fokus Nordic Fund Management DK A/S provides comprehensive management and oversight of real estate investment funds (AIFs) to institutional investors in Denmark, and through subsidiaries in Sweden and Finland. It currently manages six funds.
The funds are managed within the framework of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR” or “Disclosure regulation”, regulation (EU) 2019/2088).
