Proteus and Urban Partners have recently concluded the transaction of “Ripple Residence”

Proteus is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the Phase 2 property of the Ripple Residence; a premier property located in Nordhavn Copenhagen. Following the earlier sale of Phase 1 units as owner-occupied apartments, the entire Phase 2 building has now been acquired by Proteus as a single, long-term investment asset.

The development will stand among Denmark’s most sustainable multi-story buildings, featuring premium residential apartments complemented by select commercial spaces.

During the transaction, Urban Partners was advised by Accura, with Partner Anders Friis leading the legal counsel. Proteus was supported by Fokus Nordic as transaction advisor, originating the opportunity and providing guidance throughout the process. Furthermore, on the buyer’s side, Njord Law Firm provided legal counsel, Grant Thornton advised on tax and structuring, Emcon served as technical advisor and CORÉS acted as commercial advisor.
