New ownership for 118,400 sqm Swedish and Danish logistics portfolio
The Nordic logistics platform of Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and its operating partner, Fokus Nordic, has been strengthened with the acquisition of a 118,400 sqm portfolio across Sweden and Denmark.

Together with Nordea Life & Pension Fokus Nordic has completed the acquisition of Åkermyntan Centrum in Stockholm. Seller is Artmax.
We are pleased to share that Cibus Nordic Real Estate has signed the acquisition of a portfolio of seven grocery-anchored properties in Denmark for an underlying property value of approx. EUR 22.3 million.
