The Nordic logistics platform of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and its operating partner, Fokus Nordic, has been strengthened with the acquisition of a 118,400 sqm portfolio across Sweden and Denmark.
Comprising five high-quality assets in Stockholm, Borås and Greater Copenhagen, all properties are fully leased to leading logistics and distribution tenants.
The acquired assets comprise:
- Veddesta 2:88, Järfälla, Sweden (26,500 sqm)
- Rosersberg 11:108, Sigtuna, Sweden (22,525 sqm)
- Blixten 1, Borås, Sweden (40,950 sqm)
- Vejlåvej 11, Ishøj, Denmark (13,600 sqm)
- Ventrupparken 4, Greve, Denmark (14,875 sqm)
Following this acquisition, the partnership’s total logistics portfolio now exceeds 330,000 sqm, comprising 15 assets in Sweden and Denmark.
