Report on functional inspection in Fokus Fund Management A/S
In May 2025, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority carried out a functional inspection in Fokus Fund Management A/S with a focus on the company’s compliance.
The Functional inspection was part of a thematic inspection of a manager of alternative investment funds and two investment management companies.
The purpose was to examine whether the companies have established effective compliance and internal controls functions.
The inspection did not give rise to any supervisory reactions.

Finanstilsynet gennemførte i maj 2025 en funktionsinspektion i Fokus Fund Management A/S med fokus på selskabets compliance.
Funktionsinspektionen var en del af en temainspektion i en forvalter af alternative investeringsfonde og to investeringsforvaltningsselskaber.
Formålet var at undersøge selskabernes efterlevelse af centrale bestemmelser for interne kontroller.
Inspektionen gav ikke anledning til tilsynsmæssige reaktioner.
