This report for 2023 is Fokus Nordic’s first sustainability report. We take stock of our ESG and sustainability strategy and present data transparently, and thus we are now taking an even more strategic approach to sustainable work. We are pleased to have contributed to the joint industry framework, Real ESG, where the real estate industry has together set the framework for measurements, indicators and data reporting.
The report only covers our engagements and business in Denmark, and our goal is that the directions and concrete goals we set ourselves will apply to all our Nordic engagements and will be included in future reports.
Welcome our first sustainability report and see it as a signal that we want to scale both our sustainability efforts and our overall Nordic activities in the coming years.
