Fokus Nordic has been the local partner for this complete rebuild including the acquisition, development, repositioning, and divestment on behalf of Invesco Real Estate. The success of the asset repositioning by the local team created the compelling opportunity to sell FENIX and realise value.
Invesco Real Estate, has sold the Skålen 30 prime office asset in Stockholm’s Hagastaden submarket to Humlegården Fastigheter AB.
