[Copenhagen, 02-10-2023] – Fokus Asset Management have over the past few years aimed to build a group which can offer investors a Nordic platform, delivering the best possible investment and asset management in real estate. The acquisition of Swedish Scius Partners in 2022, is now followed by the opening of a Finnish office in October 2023, and in conjunction with this, the group change its name to Fokus Nordic.
Under the new name, Fokus Nordic will continue to offer clients investment and asset management services that combine its entrepreneurial background with a proven track record of working with large domestic and international institutional investors. The client-oriented corporate culture and expertise will now be introduced in Finland, enabling Fokus Nordic to provide investors with a single point of entry to the real estate markets in the Nordics, along with all associated services.
In addition to providing investment and asset management in Finland, Heimdal Nordic, a subsidiary of Fokus Nordic, offer a complete range of debt services and origination.
