Cadillac Fairview/Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan acquires logistics portfolio

[Stockholm, 13-11-2023] – Cadillac Fairview/Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (‘OTPP’) has acquired a 121,000 sqm logistics portfolio in Sweden.  The acquisition is undertaken together with its local operating partner in the Nordics, Fokus Nordic.  

The portfolio comprises five modern, single-tenant assets located in Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Örebro, and Västerås.  Notable tenants include GEODIS Sweden, Schneider Electric, Svenska Retursystem, Speed Logistics, and Seafrigo Nordic.  

The assets play a crucial role in the tenants’ distribution networks featuring key technical capabilities that enhance their operational efficiency. Additionally, these modern assets align with strong ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, reflecting commitment to sustainability in distribution.
