Business Transformation Manager at Fokus Nordic

We are in the process of a larger business transformation following the merger of Fokus Nordic and DEAS Asset Management. To support this growth, we are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to support our process with reference to our Group CFO and also supporting our Group CEO.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include 
The role will be broad cover both general project management, efficiency – hereunder procurement and topline growth. 

  • Taking part in the project management of the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) workstreams
  • Supporting the general Business Transformation and efficiency agenda, including leading several tender and RFP processes 
  • Contributing to our growth efforts through business case development, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, pipeline tracking and related tasks
  • Providing ad hoc support to our Group CEO and CFO, and boards 

Your qualifications and profile 
The ideal candidate has a background as a management consultant with at least four years’ experience, including a minimum of three years in a top-tier consultancy, preferably with experience in both efficiency projects here under procurement, general PMI projects and growth projects. You are skilled in project- and workstream management and confident working with data and financials.   

You are structured, proactive and thrive in managing complex projects from start to finish. You bring a sharp analytical mindset and have a solid financial understanding. You are a strong communicator who collaborates well across functions and cultures. You thrive in an environment where professionalism is valued and are motivated by creating clarity, progress and value.  

A strong understanding of the differences in Scandinavian business culture is essential, and experience in financial services or Real Estate is a plus, but not a requirement. 

We will consider both permanent and interim profiles, with a minimum of six months of engagement and openness to discuss a permanent position thereafter.
