We deliver winning investment strategies

Fokus Nordic creates value for our clients and society by caring for buildings and the people using them. Our dedicated professionals offer investors a Nordic platform that delivers the best possible asset and investment management in real estate.

Our local presence and established networks allow us to identify opportunities throughout the Nordics that elude others. Through partnership with our clients, we deliver winning investment strategies, cash flow and value growth whilst minimising environmental impact.

Investment Management
Fokus Nordic is a full-service investment and buy-side partner for institutional investors and funds. We make bespoke Nordic investment strategies, implement them through targeted acquisitions, and ensure our clients’ access to attractive
financing.
Our asset management team prepares and executes annual business plans for each asset in their care. They work with our project management, finance, and administration teams to improve and develop each property and to give our investors insight into each property’s performance and returns. All with a focus on how to increase each property’s value and
sustainability over time.
We offer professional and highly specialised teams with in-depth knowledge of real estate, credit funds, and active asset management. Our fund is approved by the Financial Supervisory Authorities in Denmark and Norway as managers of alternative investment funds (FAIF) and work closely with their investors to develop and implement value-adding initiatives.

Your gateway to the Nordic Markets. One point of contact.

With offices in the four Nordic countries and a staff with deep local knowledge, we often refer to our business model as having ‘boots on the ground’. We take pride in having local experience and being close to local markets, as this makes us a stronger partner for our clients.
The Nordic countries are often seen as one regional market. We accommodate this perception by offering our clients one point of contact to the Nordic region, thereby facilitating a smooth cooperation.
