2025 GRESB Assessment

2025 GRESB Assessment
GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is an independent organization that provides validated ESG performance data and peer benchmarks, helping investors and managers enhance business intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making.

The GRESB Assessments are guided by what investors and the industry consider to be the most material issues in the performance of asset investments and are aligned with international reporting frameworks, goals and emerging regulations. This year’s participation in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment remained steady and in line with last year’s record levels, despite ongoing market uncertainty and geopolitical headwinds. Together, 1,002 fund managers (including 84 new members) completed 2,382 assessments, with 239 entities taking part in the inaugural Residential Component.

GRESB data is used by hundreds of capital providers and thousands of asset managers to benchmark investments across portfolios, and to better understand the opportunities, risks and choices shaping the market.

We’re proud to announce that all our participating funds and mandates in this year’s assessment have once again successfully maintained their prestigious GRESB 5-Star rating. This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability in real estate investments.

Fokus Eiendomsfond Norge I named among the industry Sector Leaders in 2025

Each year, GRESB assesses and benchmarks the performance of real assets worldwide, delivering trusted insights to financial markets on material performance factors that influence long-term value. GRESB Sector Leaders represent the top-performing entities within their respective sectors and regions in the GRESB Assessments. Entities that achieve the highest score, along with those scoring within one point of the top score in each category, are recognized with Sector Leader status. Fokus Eiendomsfond Norge I is pleased to announce that it has been named one of the Sector Leaders by GRESB for its industry leadership in 2025.

The GRESB Sector Leader Awards recognize real estate and infrastructure companies, funds and assets that have demonstrated outstanding leadership within their peer groups. Fokus Eiendomsfond Norge I participated in the Real Estate Assessment, obtaining Global and European Sector Leader status (Diversified – office/industrial).

“GRESB Sector Leaders exemplify success in action. They set the pace for the industry, translating strong governance and operational excellence into real-world performance and long-term value,” said Sebastien Roussotte, CEO of GRESB.

A big thank you to our dedicated teams and our partners at CBRE Norway for their hard work and commitment to responsible real estate management!
