Fund Management
We offer highly specialised teams with deep expertise in real estate and credit funds. Our Fund Management companies are authorised AIFMs by the Financial Supervisory Authorities in Denmark and Norway. The Danish AIFM also operates in Finland and Sweden, ensuring a consistent Nordic governance model. We work closely with investors to develop and implement value-adding strategies tailored to their goals. Mikael Freudmann, the founder of Scius, joined group management, bringing many years of expertise in the industry.At the same time, Danish debt advisory firm, Heimdal Nordic, became part of the company, with its founder, Peter Lilja, enhancing the group’s capabilities in debt structuring and advisory services.

In March 2025, the acquisition was approved by financial authorities, officially making Fokus Nordic a fully integrated nordic asset and investment management company with local offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.Today, Fokus Nordic serves both national and international investors as a single point of contact for the entire Nordic region, providing seamless access to the Nordic investment markets.
