Fokus Nordic is pleased to present its third Sustainability Report. For the first time, the report covers ESG performance across the Group’s integrated Nordic platform, including operations in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
The report marks an important milestone in the continued development of Fokus Nordic’s sustainability reporting. By applying a consistent methodology and shared data structures across markets, the Group has established a more integrated and scalable approach to ESG reporting, providing a stronger foundation for decision-making and long-term value creation.
As part of this transition, 2025 establishes a new baseline for climate accounting, reflecting both the organisational growth of the business and the implementation of a reporting framework designed to support the Group’s continued expansion across the Nordic region.
Across the managed portfolios, Fokus Nordic remains focused on improving energy performance, reducing climate impact and enhancing the long-term quality of the buildings under management. These efforts support the creation of sustainable value for investors, tenants and the communities in which the properties operate.
